RETURN POLICY

If you’re unsatisfied with the goods you’ve received, please contact us within 3 days from delivery. Please email info@melecioyvega.com & include:

  • Order number

  • Name the order was made with

  • Email address the order was made with

  • Your request (future purchase credit or an exchange)

  • Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for returns


Articles must be unworn, unused & in sellable condition, with all original tags attached. We do not offer returns, credits or exchanges for items that don’t meet the requirements. If returning footwear, please ensure the box is protected with an outer packaging layer. The box is part of the product, therefore any damage may result in the return being refused. 

The customer is responsible for shipping returns & shipping costs for the return will be at the customer’s expense. Once we receive the merchandise, you’ll be notified via e-mail confirming delivery & process of your request.

You may use any postal service at your own risk, Melecio y Vega cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service & items are well packaged.

Orders returned to us without a return authorization may face delays in processing. Melecio y Vega reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email. We are not liable for any loss in redelivery of rejected merchandise.

 


DAMAGED ITEMS

If any items are damaged, defective or incorrect, you must contact us within 3 days from delivery. We display photos of our products on our website for guidance only - because leather and skins are unique, minor differences between the photograph & the received product do not count as defects.

SHIPPING

Unless otherwise noted & subject to applicable restrictions, we will ship items within 2 to 3 business days from receipt of order. Tracking information will be sent after your order ships. International customers are responsible for customs, taxes, and duties.

When an order is placed, it will be shipped to the address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this website.

All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this website pass to you upon delivery of the items. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
